Praktika is an innovative language-learning app that offers immersive and engaging lessons to help you improve your language skills. We use advanced AI Avatar technology to provide personalized learning paths based on your goals and needs, along with real-time feedback and an interactive experience—just like with a human tutor, but better!

Our customer support team aims to respond to inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries received. But rest assured, we will contact you back and help you!

We take data privacy and security very seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy on our website.

We regularly release updates to enhance the user experience and introduce new features. Stay tuned for exciting updates, new topics, and additional learning resources. You can also follow us on X, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok to keep track of updates and enjoy useful content for English learners!

We are continuously working on enhancing the app with exciting new features. Some of the upcoming releases include:

Currently, the app requires an internet connection to access content and features. However, you can download lessons while online and practice them later offline!

Learning Process

Yes, Praktika caters to learners of all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced speakers. The app adapts lessons and content based on your language skills to ensure an optimal learning experience.

We don’t have this feature yet. For now, you can choose your goals and practice time during onboarding or reset your account to start over with new settings. But we are working on it and you can expect it to become available soon!

Go to your profile in the app and click on “Progress.” Here, you can see how much you’ve accomplished and feel proud of yourself!

You can click on the three dots inside a lesson and choose an avatar with a different accent. We offer a wide range of accents—from popular ones like American and British to African and Asian—so you can find the tutor that best matches your preferences!

Yes! We understand how important it is for complete language learning. All your lessons are available in the “Progress” section of your profile in the app. You can also download each lesson as a PDF!

Yes, the app provides real-time grammar analysis and vocabulary suggestions to help improve your language skills as you practice. Your AI tutor’s got your back!

We used to have this feature, but we had to turn it off for adjustments. However, it will be relaunched soon—stay tuned!

To save new words to your vocabulary, simply click on the word or idiom you want to save. It will automatically be added to the “Results” section in the app.

At the moment, we don’t have C1-C2 levels specifically defined. However, you can use our custom lessons feature! With custom lessons, you have the flexibility to create topics and content that match your desired level of difficulty and fluency. Many users have found this option very effective for reaching their language goals, so it’s definitely worth trying out!

Currently, our platform focuses exclusively on English language learning. However, we are actively working to expand Praktika to include additional languages in the near future. We appreciate your input and encourage you to stay in touch for updates on new language offerings!

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner inside the lesson. There you’ll see “Speech speed”—click on it and choose the speed that suits you best!

To use the microphone in lessons, press it while speaking. You can also press and scroll up to lock the microphone so you can speak without holding it down.

We also offer a video-call mode! To use it, just go to the feature in the app and wait for the avatar to start talking. This mode lets you chat without pressing any buttons, just like in a regular conversation. After the avatar finishes speaking, give your response. If you see a thinking emoji, it means the avatar is processing your answer. Once it’s done, your AI tutor will reply to you.

Yes, all our AI avatars provide real-time feedback. Making mistakes is a natural part of language learning, and Praktika is your safe space. All our AI English tutors are patient and ready to support you at every step without any judgment.

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner inside the lesson. There, you will find “Font size”—click on it and adjust it to your liking.

Subscription

You can do this directly in our app or contact our support team at [email protected]—they’ll assist you.

Click “Restore Purchase” in the “Subscription” section. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our support team via [email protected].

Currently, we don’t have a family subscription yet, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned—we’ll be launching it for iOS users soon!

Unfortunately, app accounts are platform-specific, meaning you can’t use the same account across different devices (Android and iPhone) unless you have registered with the same email address on both platforms. If you do, your account will automatically be restored when you log in with the same email address on your iPhone.

If you have an active subscription on your Android device and want to transfer it to your iPhone, please email us at [email protected] with the email addresses associated with both accounts. We will assist you with the transfer.

For iOS users, open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then “Subscriptions.” For Android users, open the Google Play Store app, tap the menu icon, then “Subscriptions.” The app stores manage subscription information, so please check there for the most accurate details.

Yes, we offer a free version that provides access to English practice content with some limitations: you can enjoy one lesson per day for 3, 6, or 10 minutes every 5 hours, depending on your region. For more practice time and full benefits, we recommend upgrading to the Premium version.

Yes, we are committed to making language learning accessible to as many people as possible. We offer language learning scholarships and occasional discounts for students facing financial constraints. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, restrictions on Google services affect the app’s functionality, and currently, we do not have a workaround. We recommend using the app in regions where Google services are fully supported.

Partnerships

Partnering with Praktika for language learning programs is straightforward. Please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will guide you through the partnership process, discuss your school’s specific needs and goals, and provide all the necessary information to get started.

Though we understand how important it is to align language learning content with your school’s curriculum, Praktika currently doesn’t offer direct functionality for that. However, you and your students can still benefit from the customized lessons available to all Praktika users and tailor lessons to each student’s goals and needs.

Refund

We can issue a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We can also assist with partial refunds. However, please note that at this time, refunds are only available for Android users. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

  3. Select “Payments & subscriptions,” then tap “Subscriptions.”
  4. You should see “Praktika” listed here. To manage your subscription, simply tap on it.

For Direct Purchases via Stripe: If you can’t see your subscription or if you purchased directly through a Stripe link, please provide the email address associated with your purchase. This will help us locate your subscription and provide specific assistance.
